I thought I’d take a quick break from all our route planning and share a few photos. Yep, it’s just about time for us to hit the road and get those RV wheels rolling in a new direction.
When Cee posted about today’s photo challenge, I knew just the photographs that reflected the word ‘silence’. It was a peaceful, quiet, and foggy morning along the Texas Gulf Coast……Now back to that travel plan…..I’ll post about that tomorrow π
Beautiful photos, you’ll love Valley of the Gods one of our favorite places, can’t wait to get there with the rv and spend some real time.

Yes, we loved Valley of the Gods and may even try and boondock there next fall on our way south. But we enjoyed 4 nights at Goosenecks SP. Gosh, what’s not to love about Utah?

Hi Ingrid, I took a swipe at the game on the top of your page, the cursor went strange and Internet Explorer blocked a pop up. I had to come out of your blog and go back in. Thought you should know. Love your spooky photos.

Thanks…..however, I have no control over those ads. Interesting to know though.

Thanks Lu. I loved my time along the Gulf Coast.
And what makes all those stunning red rock buttes and spires in Utah? WIND!!! We need to delay our departure for 2 days due to high winds and snow/sleet in Flagstaff. It’s that time of year and flexibility is the name of the game π

Yes it is, no matter where you are in the country this time of year. Enjoy Utah and be safe. π

It’s been fun to see which photo folks pick as a fave. My favorite is the first one for some reason. I don’t miss the humidity of the Gulf Coast but I do miss the birds and these tranquil moments.

I find it difficult to post just one photo so 3 seems to be a minimum and then it’s fun to see who prefers which photo.

FYI…..we’re using some of your posts from last year for ideas. Thursday we’ll stop at Goosenecks for a couple of nights (providing winds don’t drive us out) and tour Valley of Gods. Thanks for paving the way π
